This is a 16” Lion Heart guitar in highly figured Hawaiian Koa back and sides with an Adirondack Spruce top. The top is bound in abalone as is the back strip.
The Ebony fingerboard features mother of pearl block inlays bound in abalone with iconic New York scenes engraved in them; the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge, etc.
The guitar’s bridge is inlaid with a gold mother of pearl sun and a white mother of pearl moon with the silouettes of buildings cut from them to represent the, “City that never sleeps”.
The neck heel is carved with images of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Chrysler Building.
